Our History
Founded in 1996, P.R.O.U.D. has 29 years of effective service providing adjudicated and other disconnected youth with training and resources to achieve life-changing goals.
P.R.O.U.D is now considered one of the model programs working with disconnected youth in Durham, North Carolina.

Our Mission
The purpose of our program is to foster responsible behavior among Durham's youth, to deter court-referred youth from becoming repeat offenders, and to decrease the dropout rate of students in Durham schools.
